Fill in the form and we look at your clinic the way a patient would — your phone line, your Google
profile against three local competitors, your site on a phone, and what the AI assistants say when
someone asks for a clinic like yours. You get what we found in two business days, written
down, yours to keep.
The audit takes us about two business days. It arrives as a short written document — where calls are
being lost, what the map pack looks like for your treatments, and what AI assistants say when someone
asks for a clinic like yours. No call required to receive it.
We never ask for patient information, and the audit never touches any. What you type here goes
through Web3Forms — the service that turns it into an email — and into our inbox.
Who handles it, in full.

What the audit is
Five checks, and a number against each one
Not a proposal with your logo on it. A short document listing what we found, what it is costing
you in booked appointments, and which fix pays back first.
Every check below looks at something any patient could already see. Nothing here needs a login,
a password or access to your systems.
01
We call your line, like a patient
Twice, at two different times of day. We write down who picked up, how long it rang, what the voicemail said, and whether anyone called back.
02
We ask the AI assistants about you
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, using the questions a patient in your city would actually type. Sometimes you are quoted. Sometimes a competitor is. Sometimes nothing is.
03
We put your Google profile next to three competitors
The map pack for the treatments you sell, review volume and recency, photos, hours, categories, and which of the four of you a patient sees first.
04
We open your site on a phone
How long it takes to load, how many taps to a booking, whether the number is tappable, and what happens to the form when it is submitted.
05
We price each gap in appointments, not points
Every finding gets a number attached using your own booking value — so you can see which fix pays back first, and which one is not worth doing this year.

The audit arrives
A short written document by email, made for your clinic rather than generated from a template. No call is required to receive it.
After you read it
You decide, or you do not
If you want it walked through, reply and we will find thirty minutes. If the biggest problem is not something we sell, the audit says so and names what would fix it.
If you go quiet
One email, then silence
We send exactly one follow-up a week later. After that we leave you alone. The audit is yours to keep either way.
What things cost
The prices, before you ask
You should not have to request an audit to find out whether we are in your range. Here is the
whole price list. No long lock-in — 30 days notice, any time.
US dollars. Setup fees are one-time; everything else is monthly and cancellable on
30 days notice. The audit is free whether or not any of this is for you.
Before you send it
The five things people ask us first
Written out rather than tucked into fine print, because these are the reasons a good clinic
closes the tab.
Is the audit really free? What is the catch?
It is free and there is no catch worth hiding: it takes us a few hours, it is the fastest way for us to find out whether we can help you, and roughly nobody hires a stranger without seeing them work first. You keep the document whether or not we ever speak. If the biggest leak is not something we sell, we write that down too.
Will I end up on a sales call I did not ask for?
No. The audit arrives as a document by email and you can read it and never reply. There is no calendar link you have to book before we send anything, and no call is required to receive the findings. If you want it walked through, you ask, and we do — not the other way round.
What happens to what I send you, and does this touch patient data?
It does not touch patient data at any point. Everything we check is public: your phone line, your website, your Google Business Profile, and what AI assistants say about you. The form itself takes a short route, and we would rather print it than describe it vaguely: your browser sends it to Web3Forms, a form service that turns a submission into an email, and that email lands in the HeadPills inbox the two of us read. Nobody else is in the chain. It is not sold, not passed to a partner agency, and not used to build a list — there is no list. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.
Oris is the clinic practice of HeadPills, a digital agency running since 2021 out of Wroclaw, Poland, with more than a hundred businesses shipped across Europe. The systems we build answer your phone around the clock regardless of where anyone sits, and the people behind them keep US hours for calls and reporting. It is also the reason this depth of work costs what it costs rather than what a US agency would charge for it. We have not yet run a US clinic account, and we would rather you knew that from the audit than found it out later.
We are one location with a small team. Is this for clinics our size?
Yes. A single location with a short list of treatments is the floor these prices are built around, not the exception — local SEO starts at $1,200 a month for exactly that clinic. The honest caveat is that we charge a flat monthly fee rather than a fee per call, so the quieter your phone, the more each recovered booking has to be worth. That is what the audit settles: it works out, against your own booking value, whether a given system pays for itself at your size. If it does not, we write that down, because selling you one that does not pay back is a bad month for us and a bad year for you.
If you would rather talk first
Two people, two ways in
The form is faster because it tells us where to look. But if you want to ask something before
handing over your clinic name, either of these reaches the same two people.
There is no US phone number, and we are not going to publish one that rings in an empty room —
that would be a strange thing for a company that sells answered calls. We are in Wroclaw, Poland and
keep US hours for calls and reporting. If you want a call, email or Telegram is the fastest way to
book one; you can also reply to the audit when it lands and we will find thirty minutes that week.
