Answering for US clinics, 24/7
Every call answered. Every patient booked.
Fewer than four in ten calls to a US clinic reach a live person. Most of the rest dial the practice down the road. Oris picks up on the first ring, books into your calendar, and chases what slipped.
$1,500 setup · $1,200/mo for the AI front desk. No long lock-in — 30 days notice, any time. Every price.

Where the money goes
Your marketing already works. The phone does not.
Most clinics we audit are not short of interest — they are short of answered calls. Ads bring people in, the front desk is with a patient, and the caller moves on. The leak sits between the click and the calendar, which is exactly where nobody is looking.
The panel is arithmetic on three published benchmarks, each sourced against the row it produced. These are published industry benchmarks, not Oris results. Your own numbers come out of the free audit.
Out of 100 people who call
- Called your clinic 100
- Reached a human 38
- Left a voicemail 11
- Called a competitor instead 39
The bottom bar is the one that costs money. Those people did not lose interest — they simply found someone who answered.

Two practices, one system
Same leak, different language
The mechanics are identical. The treatments, the compliance rules and the way patients talk are not — so we run two separate playbooks rather than one generic one.
Fill the calendar without Groupon
No-shows, discount-hunters, leads dying in Instagram DMs, and before/after content nobody is sure is legal. The med spa playbook covers all four.

New-patient calls arrive while the team is chairside, and emergencies call whoever answers first. The dental playbook starts with the phone and the recall list.

An AI front desk that never takes lunch
It answers on the first ring at 7pm, on Saturday, and while your team is with a patient. It books the appointment, sends the confirmation, and texts back the ones that hung up. Live in about two weeks.
- Answers calls, texts and web forms 24/7
- Books real availability into your calendar
- Chases missed calls within sixty seconds
- Knows your treatments, prices and policies
- Hands clinical questions to your team, always
- Reports monthly in calls caught and appointments booked
$1,500 to set up, then $1,200 a month. Excludes telephony minutes above the included 1,500/month, and your booking software subscription.
- Caller Hi — do you have anything for lip filler this week?
- Oris We do. Thursday at 3, or Friday morning at 10:30.
- Caller Thursday works. First time here, by the way.
- Oris Booked. Sending your intake form and directions by text now.

How it starts
A free audit, not a pitch deck
- 1
We audit your clinic
We call your line the way a patient would, ask ChatGPT what it knows about you, compare your Google profile against three local competitors, and open your site on a phone.
Takes us two business days. Costs you nothing.
- 2
You get the findings
A short report: what we found, what each gap costs in booked appointments, and which fix pays back first. Yours to keep whether or not you work with us.
If the biggest problem is not something we sell, we say so.
- 3
We fix the biggest leak
Usually the phone. The front desk goes live in about two weeks — you call it yourself and hear it work before anything else is discussed.
Then search, site and content, in that order.
Run your own numbers
What are missed calls costing you?
Three sliders, thirty seconds. This is the conservative version — first appointment only, no lifetime value.
The front desk that catches those calls is $14,400 a year plus $1,500 to set up. Compare that with the number on the right before anyone quotes you anything.

How we work
Boring where it matters, fast where it counts
Oris is the clinic practice of HeadPills, a digital agency building websites, brand systems and AI automation since 2021. Over a hundred businesses shipped across Europe — and the same lesson each time: the marketing was rarely the broken part.
What we have not done yet: run a US clinic account. The systems are not new, Oris is. You would be early — which is why the audit is free and written down, so you can judge the work rather than the story.
HIPAA-aware by design
Appointment booking, not medical discussion. Vendors under a business associate agreement, defined retention, clinical questions routed to humans, documented for your compliance officer. We are not lawyers, and we say so where a state adds its own rules.
Reported in money
Monthly: calls caught that would have been missed, appointments booked, patients who showed up. Rankings and traffic are inputs, not the product.
Two people, start to finish
One on strategy and your account, one on delivery. No account-manager relay, nobody junior learning on your practice.
No long lock-in
30 days notice. A system that books appointments should not need a contract to keep you.
Questions owners ask
Straight answers
What exactly does Oris run for a clinic?
Four things, and you can start with one: an AI front desk that answers calls and books appointments, local SEO and Google Business Profile, a website built to convert, and content that keeps you visible in Google and AI search. Most clinics start with the phone because it pays back fastest.
We are one location with a small team. Is this for a clinic our size?
Yes — a single location is the floor these prices are built for, not the exception. How many locations and how many treatments you want ranking. A single location with four treatments sits at the floor. If your call volume is too low for a system to pay for itself, the audit says so. Selling you one that does not is a bad month for us and a bad year for you.
How long before anything happens?
The front desk is live in about two weeks and starts catching missed calls immediately. Local SEO and content compound over three to six months — we tell you which is which before you sign anything.
Will patients know they are talking to AI?
It introduces itself as your clinic assistant and never claims to be a specific person. Anyone who asks for a human, or who sounds upset, is handed to your team straight away. Clinical questions never get answered by the system.
How do you handle HIPAA?
The assistant books appointments rather than discussing medical details, call data runs through vendors covered by a business associate agreement, retention windows are defined, and anything clinical routes to a human. We document the setup so your compliance officer can review it. We are not lawyers and we say so where a state adds its own rules.
What does it cost?
The AI front desk is $1,500 to set up, then $1,200 a month. Local SEO is $1,200 a month, content is $1,000 a month, and websites are from $3,500, project-based. No long lock-in — 30 days notice, any time.
You are based in Europe. Does that matter?
Only in your favour on the work: calls are answered by a system that never sleeps, and the people behind it keep your hours for calls and reporting. It is also why this depth of work costs what it costs rather than what a US agency would charge for it. The part we will not dress up — we have not run a US clinic account yet. You would be early, and the audit is there so you can judge the work instead of the story.
